In addition to direct student services, ERA Ed provides valuable training for teachers and school staff in mental health interventions and practices. Our training programs equip educators with the skills to recognize signs of mental health challenges, implement classroom-based strategies, and support students in managing emotional or behavioral issues. Using evidence-based approaches such as Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) and trauma-informed care, ERA Ed’s licensed professionals empower staff to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. Through ongoing professional development, we help schools foster mental wellness and ensure that all staff are prepared to address the diverse needs of their students.
